TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Required minimum stay for 3 nights. A cash deposit or a credit card is required at the time of the reservation, and the rest will be paid upon arrival. The rates include all bed sheets and towels, Fresh towels on alternate days and change of sheets every 3 days, utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning), daily tidying, breakfast, taxes, and IVA.

In the event of total or partial cancellation or changes to the arrival and/or arrival dates, the following charges will be applied:

• From the time of the reservation to 20 days before arrival date: 20% of total stay

• From 19-7 days before arrival date: 30% of total stay

• Less than 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total stay

If we are forced to cancel the reservation due to unforseen circumstances, it is our concern to inform you immediately and offer you a similar accommodation. In the event you are not satisfied with the alternative accommodation and choose not to accept our offer, we will refund 100% of your total stay.
Check-in takes place after 1 o’clock, to allow time for housekeeping. If earlier access to the room is requested, it is possible the room can be prepared earlier depending on availability. With prior notice, luggage may be left at the B&B before check-in. We ask that you let use know your estimated time of arrival a few days before you arrive. Check-out must take place before 10 o’clock on the day of departure. Also if a later check-out is requested, it may be granted until the end of the day, depending on availability.
