Once you have completed the availability request you will recieve an email with instructions to procede with the reservation. From the moment you receive the email with “tentative availability” you have 24 or 36 hours to send your completed form attached to an email or faxed and pay the deposit or give credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
The B&B is properly reserved once you’ve received our reservation confirmation.
Through a wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
The balance must be paid at check-in with cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
The cost of your stay includes: all utilities (electricity, gas, and heat) initial and final housekeeping, daily tidying, all sheets and towels, breakfast, taxes, and IVA.
There are 2 alternatives: with personal car, that you can rent online and pickup at the airport upon arrival, or with public transportation (charter bus from the airport and then a local bus that stops 500m from the house). In the section “Where we are – How to reach us” you will find detailed directions.
Check-in upon arrival is generally after 1 o’clock, to allow for housekeeping. In the event it is necessary to check-in earlier or drop off luggage, this is possible depending on the availability. We kindly ask that you provide us with your estimated arrival time a few days before to avoid the unlikely event that someone isn’t at the property to greet you.
Check-out must take place before 11 o’clock on the day of departure. Also if a later check-out is requested, it may be granted until the end of the day, depending on availability.
Yes, your luggage may be kept at the B&B until you return for it.
No, we do not require a security deposit at our B&B.
In the event of total or partial cancellation or changes to the arrival and/or arrival dates, the following charges will be applied:
- From the time of the reservation to 20 days before arrival date: 20% of total stay
- From 19-7 days before arrival date: 30% of total stay
- Less than 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total stay
If we are forced to cancel the reservation due to unforseen circumstances, it is our concern to inform you immediately and offer you a similar accommodation.
In the event you are not satisfied with the alternative accommodation and choose not to accept our offer, we will refund 100% of your total stay.
It’s possible that there will be other guests in the same house, but everyone has their own private bath and guestroom.
Yes, there are no predetermined arrival days.
The double mattress measures 160cm (63in) wide, and the single mattress is 80cm (31in). All of the mattresses are approx. 190cm (75in) long.
Yes, each guest is provided a set of 3 towels and fresh sheets are changed weekly.
Yes, each room has a hair dryer and an iron.
We allow small animals with our consent; ask specifically before you make the reservation.
